Your VPS server will be included in our custom–built server monitoring software system and the minute there’s a trace of a trouble, our skilled technical support engineers will be warned automatically.

Weekly Backups

In case you have a regularly visited website or a data–heavy web app, it is of essential importance to have a complete backup of everything. Yet, setting up an automated backup solution can be difficult. This is why our company offers you our Optional Admin Services package – we will keep a full backup of your Linux VPS server, not only of your websites and data, but of all the custom configuration settings that you have added. Our backup scripts run each week, retaining all the customizations that you’ve made during that time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Hosting Plan, you will have absolute freedom to install any script or service on your server. Yet, a part of the scripts are more difficult to install and might require some additional configuration from you. This is where our Optional Admin Services solution will help you out. It includes 30 minutes of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – in other words you will be able to literally employ one of our expert server administrators for thirty minutes and have him help you with the installation of any software application whatsoever that you desire. Or have him rectify an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and is an optional feature for the KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
